Pay attention to traffic stats and page rank.

When you submit to these particular article directories, you will see your article accepted, picked up as RSS feeds and posted on other websites way quicker than some of the other directories. Format your article correctly.
Have you ever looked at an article that was missing all its formatting? No bolds, no line breaks, etc. If the author didn't take the time to format it correctly, doesn't it distract from the message just a little?
